Community Storytelling Fellowship

For students to learn about ethical and responsible community storytelling in Providence and Rhode Island.

The Community Storytelling Fellowship (CSF) provides students with the opportunity to learn about ethical and responsible community storytelling, research ongoing community engagement work happening in Providence and Rhode Island, produce a form of storytelling and interact meaningfully with Swearer Center constituencies and community partners.

Structure

The Community Storytelling Fellowship is a one-year fellowship that is open to sophomores, juniors and seniors. The fellowship consists of monthly cohort meetings that provide opportunities for group reflection, peer feedback, and ongoing learning to develop skill-building skills and offer real-world insights into community-engaged storytelling practices.
