Each semester, the Swearer Center hosts Engagement Preparation Days for students participating in any of our Swearer-affiliated programs, opportunities and fellowships. This is an in-person process that takes ~20-30 minutes, and only requires you to bring your government-issued ID* (must be original and unexpired).

*Valid IDs are a US State Driver's License or State ID, a US passport or passport card or an international passport that contains English language or has an accompanying English-language visa.

Swearer-affiliated students engaging with partner organizations that require a background check and other clearance processes (e.g, for working with minors, etc.) are required to have relevant designated clearances completed prior to their engagement.
